Ariel Penner

Ariel Penner currently serves as the Volunteer Manager and Guest Relations Manager for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City since April 2013, where responsibilities include managing activities across three House Programs, supervising over 12 part-time employees and more than 30 volunteers weekly to ensure effective daily operations. In addition to this role, Ariel Penner is a member of the genKC Board of Directors at the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce since September 2018, dedicated to empowering young professionals through professional development, community involvement, and networking opportunities in the Kansas City region. Ariel Penner holds a Master's degree in Social Work Administration and Advocacy from The University of Kansas (2009-2013) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology and Psychology from Baker University (2005-2009).
