Maryann Dejesus

Maryann DeJesus, CPA, currently serves as a Director of Talent Development & Management at American Century Investments and is an ICI Diversity & Inclusion Committee Member at the Investment Company Institute. In addition, Maryann is active as a KC Chamber Diverse Business Committee Member and as a Board of Directors Member, HR Committee Chair, and Executive Committee member at Children's Center for the Visually Impaired, where Maryann has led the re-engineering of the Performance Management strategy. Prior to these roles, Maryann spent over 30 years at PwC in various leadership positions, including Managing Director of Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives and Professional Development Program. Maryann's extensive background also includes significant experience in assurance services within the Asset Wealth Management industry. Educational credentials include degrees from Pace University in Public Accounting and a Diversity & Inclusion Certification from Cornell University.
