Michelle Whitfield MCIWM, ACIM has over 15 years of experience in waste management and resource recovery. Michelle Whitfield has held various communication and behavioral change roles in both public and private sector organizations.

From 2018 to present, Michelle has served as the Head of Communications & Behaviour Change at the Greater Manchester Combined Authority. In this role, they lead the development and delivery of behavior change communications for the Waste & Resources Team and is responsible for recruitment and team development.
