Bethan McCaw

Bethan McCaw is an experienced professional in urban planning and project delivery, currently serving as a Delivery Manager at Greater Manchester Combined Authority since October 2018. Previously, Bethan held the position of Planner in Housing Policy & Projects at the City of Vancouver from 2015 to 2018, and served as a Senior Area Manager and Area Manager at Homes & Communities Agency between 2012 and 2015. Contributions also include a role as Project Manager at Turner & Townsend and a Graduate Trainee position, where Bethan completed various placements in organizations such as the HCA Greater Manchester Team and Eversheds LLP. Educational qualifications include a Master of Planning (MPlan) in Spatial Planning from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Warwick, complemented by participation in the GM Leaders Plus program in 2022.
