Iain Kinnear

Iain Kinnear is a seasoned professional with a strong background in adult education and skills development. Currently serving as the Strategy & Partnership Manager for the Adult Skills Fund at Greater Manchester Combined Authority since January 2023, Iain previously held roles including Adult Skills Relationship Co-ordinator at Ingeus, where a focus was placed on enhancing skills opportunities within the Adult Learning Sector.
