Oscar Lynch

Oscar Lynch is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in economy and business-related communications. Currently serving as Communications Manager for the Greater Manchester Combined Authority since September 2020, Oscar works closely with the Economy directorate, the Greater Manchester Mayor, and the Greater Manchester Business Board. Prior roles include Features Editor at Insider Media, where Oscar developed content for a regional magazine, and Digital Staff Writer covering North East England business news. Earlier experience includes training in journalism, reporting at North-West Evening Mail, and establishing a Copenhagen office for Charlton Morris in the recruitment sector. Oscar holds a BA in Politics from the University of York.
