Head Of Low Carbon at GMCA

Sean Owen has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Head of Low Carbon at the Greater Manchester Combined Authority from 2019. In this role, they supported and developed the delivery of the GM 5yr Environment Plan and the Whole System Smart Energy Plan. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2020, Sean worked at the Energy Systems Catapult, where they supported the development of Greater Manchester's low carbon energy system aspirations.
