Shabnam Kauser

Shabnam Kauser is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Senior Communications Engagement and Insight Manager at Greater Manchester Combined Authority since March 2022, Shabnam previously held the position of Communications Manager for the Greater Manchester Covid Response at the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership from September 2020 to March 2022. Prior roles include Marketing Executive at Link4Life from April 2018 to August 2020 and Marketing and Communications Officer at Oldham College from August 2010 to March 2018, where Shabnam focused on further and higher education.
