Stephen Highcock

Stephen Highcock is an experienced professional in the field of radio and voice communications, currently serving as a Radio and Voice Communications Officer with the Greater Manchester Combined Authority since July 2017. Prior to this role, Stephen held positions at the Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service from November 2012 to June 2020, where responsibilities included Associate Service Operations and Service Desk Analyst roles.
