Jean-Pierre Helliwell

Jean-Pierre (JP) Helliwell has extensive experience in emergency services and military intelligence. Since January 2002, JP Helliwell has held various roles at Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service, including Group Manager, GMFRS Armed Forces Covenant Lead, and Station Manager, focusing on firefighter development, recruitment, apprentice training, and inter-brigade transfers. Additionally, JP Helliwell served as an Intelligence Analyst in the British Army from August 2016 to February 2023. JP Helliwell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Studies and Management from Edge Hill University between 1997 and 2000.
