John Muggleton

John Muggleton has extensive experience in fire and rescue services, currently serving as a Crew Manager and Corporate Trainer at Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service since August 2007, while also working as a Fire Steward for Manchester United since August 2023 and as an IEC Instructor for Trauma Resus since January 2022. Previous roles include Regional Education Learning Official, Brigade Secretary, Vice Chairman, and Branch Chair for the Fire Brigades Union from March 2015 to September 2018, as well as a Firefighter at Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service from August 2007 to September 2018. Prior to entering the fire service, John served as a Radio Systems Operator in The Royal Corps of Signals from January 2002 to June 2007. John's educational background includes pursuing a Level 3 Award in Education and Training at UCEN Manchester since July 2022 and obtaining a Diploma in Employment Law from Leeds City College between 2016 and 2017.
