Nicola Griffiths BA PGCCE is an experienced Equality & Inclusion Business Partner with a robust background in public service and community development. Currently serving at Lancashire & Midlands Commissioning Support Unit since August 2017, Nicola also holds the position of Associate Partner: Inclusivity with Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service and serves as the Equality, Diversity & Human Rights Manager at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust, which manages mental health and community services across Greater Manchester.
