James Faulkner

Temp Superintendent at Greater Manchester Police

James Faulkner has extensive experience in law enforcement with Greater Manchester Police, serving since November 2000 and progressing to the role of Temporary Superintendent. Currently, James is the tactical lead for Violence Against Women and Girls and has held senior positions such as Detective Chief Inspector within the Serious and Organised Crime Group. Prior roles include leadership in the Child Sexual Exploitation team and the Rochdale Integrated Neighbourhood Policing Team, where management of serious crime and community policing was a priority. James possesses a strong educational background, including a Master's degree in Police Leadership and Management from the University of Warwick.
