James Shaw

James Shaw is an accomplished Engineering Project Manager at Howco Group since April 2015, specializing in project delivery for connection systems in the oil and gas industry. Shaw has a diverse background that includes experience as a Production Controller and CNC Machine Operator at Howco and CTL Engineering, where skills in machining were honed. In addition to engineering roles, Shaw is currently a Special Constable with Greater Manchester Police, committed to community safety. As a Warrant Officer with the Royal Air Force Air Cadets, Shaw provides music and fieldcraft training to over 900 cadets. Leadership extends to musical endeavors as a Drum Major with the Scots Guards Association, overseeing the drum corps. Educational qualifications include a time-served engineering apprenticeship and studies in mechanical engineering.
