Mark Boldison started their career at WM Timpsons Ltd. in 1978 as an Operator and eventually became a Programmer involved in running the Operation Team responsible for mainframes. Mark then joined Greater Manchester Police in 1986 and held various roles such as Programmer, Analyst Programmer, and Team Leader. In their current role as Service Support Manager, Mark manages the Service Desk and teams of engineers to ensure optimal service availability and continuous service improvement. Mark also has experience as an Account Manager and Service Improvement Manager, dealing with various vendors and contracts. Mark is dedicated to ensuring the effective use of products, knowledge, and tools for incident management responsibilities.
