Natasha Hill

Natasha Hill is currently serving as the Organisational Workforce Development Officer at Greater Manchester Police, where responsibilities include leading the coaching and mentoring scheme, developing a force-wide personal development review process, and implementing training initiatives. Previously, Natasha worked as an Education Development Coordinator at the Multi-Academy Trust Association, focusing on learning and development initiatives in the education sector. Additional experience includes roles as a Student Teacher at William Hulme's Grammar School and St Charles R.C. Primary School, and as a Specialist Support team member at Bupa. Natasha holds a PGCE in General Primary Education and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and is pursuing a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Strategic Learning & Development.
