Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Greater Manchester Police (GMP) oversees the strategic and operational directive of the force, ensuring the safety and security of nearly 3 million residents across 1,200 sq. km. This team, comprising of the Chief Constable, Chief Officer - Special Constabulary, and Detective Chief Inspector, is responsible for high-level decision-making, policy implementation, and coordination of district and specialist divisions to address both routine policing needs and critical incidents.
