The Specialists Team at Greater Midland Community Center focuses on enhancing the organization's operations and member engagement. The Digital Specialist manages online platforms and IT services; the Learning Management Specialist oversees training programs and educational content; the Compensation Specialist handles staff remuneration and benefits; and the Marketing & Design Specialist creates promotional materials and campaigns to attract and retain members.
