Amanda Taylor has extensive work experience in the field of economic development and business investment. Amanda is currently working at GREATER MSP Partnership, where they hold the position of Vice President, Business Investment. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President, Research & Intelligence and Vice President, Business Investment (Interim) at the same company. Previously, Amanda worked at McCallum Sweeney Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Consultant, providing site selection and incentives negotiation services to various leading companies. Amanda also worked as a Project Manager and GIS Analyst at Savannah Economic Development Authority, managing business investment projects and introducing the use of desktop GIS technology. Earlier in their career, Amanda was involved in economic development at Cornerstone Alliance, where they assisted in the preparation for the development of Harbor Shores and organized a Homeownership Fair. Overall, Amanda Taylor has a diverse background in economic development, business investment, and consulting.

Amanda Taylor pursued their education with a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Economics from the University of Connecticut between 2002 and 2006. Amanda then went on to earn a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from Clemson University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Amanda holds a certification as a LEED® Green Associate, obtained from the Green Building Certification Institute.
