Morgan Hill, MBA, CEcD, EDFP

Morgan Hill has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2009, Morgan worked as a Commercial Loan Document Specialist and Customer Service Specialist at Alerus Financial. In 2011, they moved on to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage where they served as a Team Lead and Work Director until 2014. Morgan then joined GREATER MSP, the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Regional Economic Development Partnership, as a Business Investment Project Manager. In 2016, they transitioned to a role as an Economic Development Coordinator at the City of Hastings MN. Morgan joined Xcel Energy in 2018 as a Corporate Economic Development Analyst and later joined ISG in 2019 as a Market Strategist. Currently, Morgan serves as the Director of Business Investment at GREATER MSP Partnership.

Morgan Hill holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which was obtained from the University of North Dakota between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, Morgan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and Management from the same institution, completing the program between 2004 and 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Morgan also obtained a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) certification from the International Economic Development Council in June 2021.
