Patrick Ulmen

CIO at Greater Nashua Mental Health Center

Patrick Ulmen is the current Chief Information Officer at the Greater Nashua Mental Health Center. Patrick has been with the organization for over 20 years and has held various positions during their tenure, including Manager of the Management Information Systems department. In 2014, they were promoted to CIO and has since been responsible for overseeing all active and planned information services projects.

Under Patrick's leadership, the Greater Nashua Mental Health Center has made significant progress in integrating physical and mental health services, as well as mental health services into the legal setting (courts and criminal justice system). Patrick has also developed numerous web-based information services and successfully acquired resources through consulting skills and proposals written to funding sources.

Patrick Ulmen attended Old Dominion University from 1990-1993 and majored in Psychology with a focus on research. Patrick then went on to Keene State College and earned a BS in Business Management and a BA in Psychology.

Donna B. Lennon is the VP of Clinical Operations, Marilou B. Patalinjug Tyner is the CMO, Ellen Constant is the VP of Human Resources, Patrick Ulmen is the CIO, Maureen Ryan is the COO, Kevin Cormier is the CFO, and Brian Huckins is the VP of Quality & Compliance.
