Aunshuman Ghosh is the current director at the Greater Nashville Technology Council. Aunshuman has also previously worked as the senior director IT, business relationship management, and digital business transformation at OneAmerica. There, they were responsible for representing the "face of IT”, advocating for business needs, enabling innovative solutions, identifying disruptive business/technology trends and managing expectations with C-level leaders. Aunshuman also co-led the strategy and multi-year roadmap for the company's digital business transformation endeavor.
Prior to working at OneAmerica, Ghosh worked at Nissan Motor Corporation and the American Red Cross. At Nissan, they were responsible for leading the development and implementation of the eCommerce platform for North America. This involved managing a team of developers to create an eCommerce platform that would be used by all of Nissan's dealerships in North America.
At the American Red Cross, Ghosh led the team that developed the organization's first ever enterprise-wide CRM system. The system was designed to help the Red Cross manage its relationships with donors, volunteers, and clients more effectively.
Aunshuman Ghosh has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC). Aunshuman also has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Indira Gandhi National Open University and an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering from APTECH Computer Education. In addition, they have certifications from Microsoft in Visual Studio .NET, Visual Basic 6.0 and Windows NT Server 4.0, from Oracle in Oracle9i, and from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional.
