Currently serving as a Mortgage Professional at Loan Depot since February 2018 and as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Greater Nevada Mortgage since January 2015, Joshua has a strong background in mortgage sales and client relations. Previous roles include Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at HJ Capital from January 2005 to May 2009, where efforts focused on converting outbound calls into mortgage applications and fundings. Additionally, Joshua gained experience in gaming operations at Nugget Casino-Red Garter from 2007 to 2009, contributing to dealer training and casino renovations during ownership transitions. Joshua holds an Associate's degree in Business Management from Mojave Junior College, attained between 1993 and 1995.
