Aysia Wade is an experienced professional in the field of sports management and digital media. Currently serving as an intern at the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation since September 2021, Aysia assists with coordination, management, and marketing for major events such as Alario Tournaments, the New Orleans Sugar Bowl, and the 2022 Final Four, while also handling game day and media operations, as well as social media content creation. Concurrently, Aysia has worked with Southern Miss Athletics since January 2020 in various roles, including digital media and communications, covering a range of sports programs and managing social media content. Aysia also holds experience as an equipment manager, overseeing logistical preparations for athletic events. Aysia obtained a degree in Sports Management with a focus on Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2021.

Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation
Organized in August of 1988, the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation (GNOSF) is a non-profit 501c (4) organization whose mission is to attract and manage sporting events that have a positive economic impact on the Greater New Orleans area. The GNOSF not only has attracted hundreds of sporting events to our area, but our coordinating efforts guarantee their success. With every event the GNOSF brings to the area, the beneficiaries of our efforts are wide in scope, including the hospitality industry, city, parish and state taxes, business community, local youth, facilities and the event organizers themselves.
