He brings to this role more than 30 years of experience, as both a management consultant and corporate executive, with various carriers and financial services companies, specializing in improving customer service, profitability, and productivity. He has proven operational expertise in process redesign, robotic process automation, technology optimization, performance measurement, and reward systems, contact centers, change management, and business analytics. He has extensive experience improving operations and customer experience. Mike majored in business at the University of Toledo and received his MBA from Xavier University, where he focused on organizational development and management information systems. He is a certified MBA faculty member and course content developer at Ohio's Franklin University and was on the board of a non-profit organization for eight years.
