Niki Ferguson

Niki Ferguson has extensive experience in property management and entrepreneurial development, currently serving as the Manager of Entrepreneurial Development at Advance Southwest Iowa Corporation since August 2019. Additionally, Niki has been a Project Management Coordinator at the Greater Omaha Chamber since August 2017. Prior roles include Property Manager at The Lund Company from August 2015 to August 2017 and Resident Manager at NP Dodge Real Estate from 2001 to 2005.
