Jennifer Watson is an experienced procurement manager currently employed at Greater Omaha Packing Co., Inc. since October 2019. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions in product sourcing at Oriental Trading Company, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, from August 2012, starting as an assistant category buyer and progressing to product sourcing supervisor. Jennifer’s background in education includes roles as a substitute teacher at Papillion La Vista School District and as an art teacher at both Arts For All, Inc. and The Durham Museum. Academically, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Product Design from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Education K-12 Art from Peru State College, with ongoing studies towards a Master of Science in Education at the College of Saint Mary.
