John Calabro

John Calabro has a strong background in finance and operations. John is currently the VP of Finance at Greater Omaha Packing Co., a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to that, they were the VP of Finance - NA Edible Nuts at ofi from February 2023 to November 2023. Before joining ofi, John served as the Manufacturing Controller at Foster Farms from December 2020 to January 2023, where they managed financial reporting, planning, and analysis for the supply chain and manufacturing divisions. From September 2019 to December 2020, they worked as the Operations Business Director at Lamb Weston, responsible for cost accounting and financial planning for multiple manufacturing facilities. Prior to that, they held various finance roles at ConAgra Foods, including Director Finance and Finance Manager. John began their career as a Plant Cost Accountant at Solo Cup Company before moving on to become an Accountant at NRS - Northwest River Supplies, Inc. Overall, John Calabro has extensive experience and expertise in finance, operations, and strategic planning in the food industry.

John Calabro earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Gonzaga University Graduate School of Business in 2020. John also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Idaho, which they obtained in 2005.
