Kelly Loll, C.P.M. has over 19 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. Kelly currently holds the role of Vice President of Procurement Services at the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, where they oversee procurement operations for Orlando International and Executive Airports. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director of Procurement Services at Florida International University for 10 years. In this role, they managed procurement, contracts, surplus property, receiving, and credit card solutions. Kelly Loll, C.P.M., obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Central Florida in 1985. Kelly also holds a certification as a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) from the Institute for Supply Management, Inc., which they obtained in 1988.

Orlando International Airport is operated by the Chief Executive Officer, who is appointed by the Authority, and his staff over 1,000 employees.
