Kelly Loll, C.P.M. has over 19 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. Kelly currently holds the role of Vice President of Procurement Services at the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, where they oversee procurement operations for Orlando International and Executive Airports. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director of Procurement Services at Florida International University for 10 years. In this role, they managed procurement, contracts, surplus property, receiving, and credit card solutions. From 2011 to 2013, Kelly served as the Chief Procurement Officer for the State of Florida, leading seven business units and managing $1.6 billion in contracts. Kelly also provided training and support for the state's eProcurement system. Before their time in Florida, Kelly worked for the State of Georgia as the Director of the Knowledge Center. Kelly began their career as a Senior Consultant at CGI, a global IT consulting firm.

Kelly Loll, C.P.M., obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Central Florida in 1985. Kelly also holds a certification as a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) from the Institute for Supply Management, Inc., which they obtained in 1988.
