Nealon Joseph, FPEM, FII, currently serves as the Manager of Airport Operations for Emergency Management at the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, overseeing the Airport Emergency Management Program at Orlando International and Executive Airports since December 2023. Previously, Nealon worked as an Emergency Management Planner for Flagler County from June 2018 to December 2023, fulfilling roles such as Operations/Logistics Section Chief and Mass Care Coordinator. Nealon’s background includes experience as a NRA Certified Basic Pistol Shooting Instructor and Range Safety Officer at Machine Gun America from March 2015 to May 2018, and a Security & Law Enforcement Supervisor in the United States Air Force from October 2004 to September 2014, where responsibilities included coordinating emergency plans and safeguarding significant assets. Nealon holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Emergency & Disaster Management and Psychology from American Military University, along with an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force.
