Starlene Barrett

Starlene Barrett is the Payroll Manager at the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, where Starlene has been working since July 2019. Prior to this role, Starlene served as the Assistant Vice President of Finance at Heart of Florida United Way. With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida Southern College, Starlene has a strong background in finance and accounting, including roles as Corporate Controller at YMCA of Central Florida and Supervisor of Accounting Operations at Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority. Their career began as a Staff Accountant at Visting Nurse Association and has since grown into leadership positions in various organizations.
