Jennifer Lastik is a seasoned professional in event management and operations with extensive experience in the sports industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at the Greater Orlando Sports Commission since May 2014, Jennifer has held various leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President, where responsibilities include overseeing event logistics across a five-county region, managing budgets over $1 million, and restructuring key programs that generate significant revenue. Previous experience at the Central Florida Sports Commission includes directing over 100 events annually and managing all aspects of event logistics and budget management for major competitions. With a solid educational background, including a Master's degree in Sport Management from West Virginia University, Jennifer has developed a comprehensive skill set in event planning, contract negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration throughout their career.
