Andrea Muhammad

Andrea R. Muhammad currently serves as Chief Of Staff and Human Resources Administrator at the Greater Philadelphia YMCA, contributing to the organization’s mission of strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Since April 2019, Andrea has also been a Realtor® with Compass, leveraging technology to enhance real estate transactions. Previously, Andrea worked at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors, and served as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Universal Companies, focusing on social impact within communities. Andrea's early career included a role as a Telecommunications Specialist in the US Navy. Educationally, Andrea is pursuing an MBA from Villanova School of Business and holds a cum laude Bachelor of Science in Organizational Dynamics from Chestnut Hill College, along with a Realtor® License from the Temple University Real Estate Institute.
