Torrie Garvin

Torrie Garvin currently serves as the Executive Director at the Greater Philadelphia YMCA, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Torrie was the Director of Workforce Development at the Southwest Community Development Corporation from April 2022 to September 2023, focusing on workforce development programs for residents in Southwest Philadelphia, particularly for those eligible for SNAP benefits.
