Tim Bourcet

VP, Corporate Development & Community Engagement at Greater Phoenix Economic Council

Tim Bourcet joined the Greater Phoenix Economic Council in 2014 and serves as the organization’s Vice President of Corporate Development & Community Engagement. He directs GPEC’s policies and objectives involving local, state, and federal government affairs.

Prior to joining GPEC, Tim attended Arizona Summit Law School, where he was an instructor with the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project and interned at the Maricopa County Public Defender’s office.

Before law school, Tim was a Logistics Readiness Officer in the United States Air Force, serving from 2006-2010 with one tour in Baghdad, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Tim was commissioned through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corp at Arizona State University. He also holds an M.A. in Criminal Justice from American Military University.
