Melissa Tea currently serves as the Practice Area Leader for Global Litigation and Disputes Resolution at K&L Gates, a position held since September 1997. In this role, Melissa actively represents public and private companies in the manufacturing/technology and health care sectors, offering strategic legal counsel and resolving complex commercial disputes through various means. In addition to their legal practice, Melissa participates in community service as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Women's Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh and serves on the Government Relations & Advocacy Committee for the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. Furthermore, Melissa co-founded the Executive Women of Pittsburgh and is a graduate of the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University with a JD, as well as Duquesne University with a BA.
