Greater Portland Health is one of nineteen Federally Qualified Health Centers in Maine. We provide primary care for adults and children. We welcome individuals with private health insurance, MaineCare, and Medicare, and we offer a sliding fee payment system for those without insurance. 

As a patient-centered medical home, we utilize an integrated physical and behavioral health model that helps us provide excellent care. Greater Portland Health is a community resource for health insurance marketplace assistance and health insurance education.
