Barb Egenhofer

Barbara Egenhofer is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and human resources leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Strategy at Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce since October 2019, Barbara focuses on developing initiatives to enhance the region's workforce. As Chief Talent Guru at Cardenta Consulting since January 2017, Barbara advises organizations on talent management practices. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Constellation Brands’ Wine & Spirits Division and Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Development at University of Rochester Medical Center. Barbara's career also includes significant positions such as Vice President of Human Resources at Garlock Sealing Technologies and Director of Human Resources at Tetra Pak Inc. Barbara holds a Master’s degree in Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Education from Nazareth University.
