Kathy Richmond

Kathy Richmond serves as the Sr. Director of HR Services at the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, a position held since November 1999. In this role, Kathy oversees the HR Services department, which provides a range of HR-related services to Chamber members, including wage and benefit benchmarking surveys, consulting, and networking forums for HR professionals. Prior to this, Kathy held the position of Director, HR Services, at the same organization and worked as a Compensation/Benefits Specialist at ACC Telecom and an HR Support Coordinator at First Federal Savings & Loan Association. Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a concentration in HR and a minor in Economics from St. John Fisher University between 1988 and 1992.
