Mark MacIolek

Mark Maciolek has a diverse work experience in various roles. Mark currently works as the Director of State Home Care at Greater Springfield Senior Services, Inc. since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager at the Center for Human Development (CHD) from April 2016 to December 2020. Mark also served as a Senior Residential Manager at Western MA Training Consortium from April 2013 to April 2016. Mark's earlier experience includes working as a Patient Care Coordinator and Program Manager at Springfield Medical Associates from June 2008 to October 2011, where they played a key role in overseeing the care of over 80,000 patients and achieving NCQA Level 3 Medical Home certification.

Mark Maciolek earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Elms College from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Elms College from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Mark pursued premedical studies at Salem State University from 2001 to 2003. Mark also holds certifications in Person Centered ISP from the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services and CPR/First Aid, Human Rights Officer, MAP, and Positive Behavioral Supports from various institutions.
