Reed Miles

Reed Miles has work experience in both administrative and human resources roles. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at the St. Louis Regional Chamber, starting as a Human Resources Intern and progressing to become a Full-time Human Resources and Technology Assistant. In this role, they were responsible for payroll and 401k processing, IT management, full-cycle recruiting, learning management systems administration, account tracking, employee engagement, and performance dialogues. Reed also held leadership positions, including mentoring interns, leading the Intern Alumni Association, overseeing the internal COVID-19 response, facilitating team meetings, and participating in the revision of the employee handbook. In 2021, Reed joined Greater St. Louis, Inc. as the Manager of Administration.

Reed Miles attended Pattonville Senior High School from 2010 to 2014. Reed then went on to Southeast Missouri State University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management.
