Sarah Arnosky Ko

Sarah Arnosky Ko has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Sarah is currently the Vice President at Greater St. Louis, Inc., where they played a key role in merging five organizations to create a unified economic development organization. Sarah is responsible for leading and managing initiatives such as implementing a comprehensive downtown neighborhood plan and advancing bike infrastructure projects.

Prior to their current position, Sarah worked at Arch to Park LLC as a Senior Director. In this role, they led initiatives such as the Cortex-Tower Grove Connector, a federally funded cycle track, and the Design Downtown STL neighborhood plan. Sarah also contributed to the STLMade campaign and collaboration. Before becoming a Senior Director, Sarah was the Deputy Director at Arch to Park LLC, where they focused on catalytic growth in St. Louis' urban core, promoting equitable development and data-driven planning.

Sarah's previous experience includes working as an Accelerate St. Louis Program Manager at the St. Louis Regional Chamber, where they connected entrepreneurs to resources and advocated for innovation funding. Sarah also served as a Research Assistant at Washington University in St. Louis, leading a STEM evaluation project for The St. Louis American's Newspaper in Education. Furthermore, they worked as a Traffic Calming Data Analyst & Volunteer at Trailnet, contributing to traffic calming demonstrations and performing statistical analysis.

Additionally, Sarah has interned at Beyond Housing, where they conducted research on municipal court reform and participated in economic development initiatives. Sarah also has experience as a STEM Coach and Middle School Science Teacher at the Oakland Unified School District, where they implemented curriculum, provided feedback to instructors, and served in leadership roles.

Sarah Arnosky Ko earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology, General from Kalamazoo College, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health at Washington University in St. Louis, graduating between 2014 and 2016.
