Connar Benson-Epstein has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Connar began their career as a Consulting Intern at the Vanderbilt Owen School of Management Accelerator Program, where they gained hands-on consulting experience and worked on projects for Fortune 500 companies.

Afterward, they worked as a Tax Preparer at Crisp Accounting, handling tax preparation for over 300 returns and overseeing bookkeeping and payroll for various companies.

Connar then joined Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Planner, running their own financial planning practice and specializing in life, health, disability, and long-term care insurance.

Following that, Connar worked as a Real Estate Analyst at Four Kings Development, where they reached out to potential investors for a $100 million joint venture project in Ft. Lauderdale.

Connar then transitioned to the venture capital and private equity industry, starting as a Venture Associate at G51 Amplify, analyzing disruptive companies and creating investment profiles for investors. Connar later became a Private Equity Associate at Search Fund Accelerator, sourcing and screening potential companies for acquisition.

Connar also worked as a Consultant at the IXL Center, where they analyzed new growth markets for a large asset manager and created entry and implementation strategies.

Most recently, they served as a Senior Associate and Vice President at Greater Sum Ventures, where they played key roles in the company's investment activities.

Connar Benson-Epstein completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on finance and accounting at Maryville College from 2012 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in International Business from Hult International Business School, attending from 2016 to 2017. They further advanced their education by obtaining a Master's Degree in Finance from the same institution from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, Connar obtained a certification in "Pitching to Investors" from LinkedIn in March 2018.
