Sue Mcmillin

Sue McMillin currently serves as President & CEO of Greater Texas Foundation since September 2017, focusing on facilitating postsecondary education access for Texas students, especially those from underserved backgrounds. McMillin has held the position of Principal & Managing Consultant at Iolite Consulting Services, LLC since September 2015. Previously, McMillin contributed to Van Ru Credit Corporation as Executive Vice President of Government Affairs in 2016 and served as President & CEO of Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation (now Trellis Company/Trellis Foundation) from 2004 to 2015, where substantial growth was achieved in federal student loans. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President at Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation and Vice President of Operations at Guaranty Federal Bank, where McMillin managed significant operational budgets and oversaw mergers of acquired institutions. McMillin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Edward's University.
