Caroline Brix has extensive experience in business development and project management, currently serving as a Senior Business Development Manager at Greater Than since January 2019. In this role, Caroline is responsible for customer relations in the Nordic market. Prior to this position, Caroline worked at 3 Sverige from June 2016 to December 2018, where responsibilities included quality assurance for B2B customer service, ensuring compliance with established service regulations, and initiating improvements. Additionally, Caroline held roles in the corporate loyalty department and as a customer manager during this time.
