Oscar Franco

Oscar Franco has extensive experience in studio production management and operations. Oscar worked at Greater Than One as a Studio Production Manager starting in 2017. Prior to that, they served as Vice President and Director of Studio Operations at McCann Regan Campbell Ward from 2000 to 2015. In this role, they managed a team of over 20 professionals and implemented a job flow process that improved efficiency and productivity across the studio and production departments. Before that, Oscar was a Studio Manager at Harrison and Star from 1999 to 2001, where they oversaw production for healthcare clients. Oscar also has experience as CEO and Director of Operations at CMO Graphics from 1990 to 1994. These roles have equipped him with strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and production skills.

Oscar Franco attended the School of Visual Arts from 1987 to 1999, where they pursued a field of study in Magazine Design and Production. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.
