Ted Leonsis is an entrepreneur and investor who has played a key role in the growth of some of the most successful companies in the world. Ted is currently the Vice Chair at Greater Washington Partnership, and they previously served as the president of AOL and as the vice chairman emeritus of AOL. Ted also was a co-founder of Revolution Growth, a venture capital firm, and they are the owner of Monumental Sports & Entertainment, which includes the NHL's Washington Capitals, the NBA's Washington Wizards, and the WNBA's Washington Mystics. In addition to their work in the private sector, Ted Leonsis is also a philanthropist and has been involved with various charitable organizations throughout their career.

Ted Leonsis graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in American Studies.
