Anna Monaghan

Anna Monaghan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Greater Wellington Regional Council since July 2020. Prior to this role, Anna held positions as a People & Capability Advisor at New Zealand Rugby from August 2019 to July 2020, and as an HR Adviser at FMG (Farmers Mutual Group) from April 2017 to August 2019. Anna's career in HR began at Connexis - The Infrastructure ITO, where roles included HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, and Training Services Officer from March 2014 to April 2017. Additionally, Anna worked as a Frontline Administrator at New Zealand Rugby for a brief period in 2013. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Victoria University of Wellington, completed between 2010 and 2012.
