Dave Hipkins

Dave Hipkins has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Dave is currently serving as the Director of Knowledge and Insights for the Environment Group at Greater Wellington Regional Council. Prior to this, they worked at Land Information New Zealand, where they held various positions such as Manager of Insight, Research, and Evaluation, Interim Program Director for Asset Metadata Standards, and Manager of Customer Insights and Coordination. Dave was also a Steering Committee Member for the New Zealand Spatial Excellence Awards. Dave Hipkins has also worked at Contact Energy Ltd as a Customer Insight specialist, Readiness Lead, and Research and Insights Manager.
