Brandy S. Weber SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources leadership. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Greater Wichita YMCA since May 2017, Brandy oversees HR functions for over 1,300 employees across multiple locations, focusing on talent acquisition and retention strategies. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at Wolters Kluwer, Director of Human Resources at Thrive Restaurant Group, and HR Manager at Gracemed Health Clinic. Brandy also has experience as a facilitator for HRCI certification prep courses and holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University. Additional background includes military service in the US Army, where Brandy managed HR operations for a large personnel pool.
